Fenwick Landing offers a variety of services, including medical adult day care, drop in respite care, and regular and advanced care assisted living.
Because we know that everyone does not require the same type of care, we offer services to those in need of day-time support, as well as to those individuals who are in need of 24 hour care. Assisted Living
Although no one can replace you, our dedicated employees work hard to ensure that each of our residents receive individualized care, in a manner that respects autonomy.
Each of our homes is licensed to care for only 15 residents. We believe, that this smaller environment allows our caregivers to be more attentive to our residents, and to make sure that everyone receives the support that they need.
Your loved one will experience the feeling of a safe and comfortable home away from home. Our homes are one level, so that climbing stairs or using elevators is not required. Each resident has a private room. Our common areas offer fire places and peaceful lounges where residents can relax and spend time with family and friends. Our enclosed court yards offer our residents who like to be outdoors a safe, comfortable space to enjoy when the weather is nice. Meals are home cooked, and our activities program offers an array of fun and frivolity for all to enjoy.
The Dagsboro accommodates residents with mild to moderate care needs. These folks are still somewhat independent, requiring supervision and physical assistance with just a few of their daily needs.
The Dunroven is an advanced care home, designed for individuals with higher needs, such as advanced dementia or chronic health conditions.

Adult Medical Day Care
Our medical day care program provides you with peace of mind about the care of your parent, spouse, or other family member while you work or run errands.
Our beautiful centers provides our participants a safe and comfortable place to spend the day. Enjoy the company of other adults and seniors, while receiving the care and supervision needed. We provide pick up and drop off transportation to and from home, in our comfortable, wheelchair accessible vehicles.
Our participants enjoy a nutritious breakfast and lunch, as well as an afternoon snack. Our registered nurse is on-site daily, to monitor each person’s health, and to ensure they are doing well. We administer medications when needed, and provide assistance with personal care.
Our families count on us to help them care for the people they are caring for. That is what adult medical day care is all about.
